This is an ideal summer recipe ‘you’re going to suck your fingers!’ We start by cooking the broccoli. To do this, we wash it well and cut it into small trees. If you want to cook it so that it is not so hard, we put it in the microwave for 5 minutes.
Then we take the bacon, an ingredient that is lighter than it seems. And we have two options: we toast it in a pan without any oil until it’s crispy, or a healthier option, we dry the bacon in the microwave between two sheets of absorbent paper, obviously on a plate. Cook in one minute intervals until crisp.
We toast the seeds in a pan for three or four minutes, and mix them in a bowl with the broccoli that we have previously washed, in addition to adding the raisins and the crispy onion.
To make the cream mix the mayonnaise with the vinegar, honey, a pinch of salt and a little ground black pepper. Remove and add the sauce to the bowl of broccoli, seeds, bacon and onion.
