For 3 euros we have the olives and that famous container, ideal for all the possibilities of vertical salad recipes that have been left for us, one for each day at the office. The order is as follows: dressing, hard vegetables, the hydrate in the form of beans, grains or pasta, foods rich in protein, soft vegetables and fruit and, above all, cereals or seeds.
Salmon and pasta salad
