With the intention of surprising our palate, today we opted for a dish that will become a true explosion of flavor: flamenco eggs. Opting for a lighter and quicker version to make, this recipe wants to become the star of your culinary CV.
For its preparation we will need ingredients that we can find in any Spanish fridge: eggs, assorted vegetables and a touch of ham (or if we prefer, chorizo). With a very simple preparation, we will take a frying pan and sauté the vegetables with a little oil until they are tender. We will add the ham (or the chorizo) and, finally, the eggs on top. In less than 10 minutes we will have this scrumptious dish -literally-.
