    Now, the holidays are coming up. summer and it would be a bad idea to cancel the trip to the beach, that is why we bring you a small routine of skin care so that take care of your skin from solar radiation whether you are in the city or on the beach.

    We must take care of the skin organ on a daily basis to keep it healthy. Although we all have different types of fur and requirements, the steps are the same, but with variations that each one can add or change.

    Cleaner

Wash your face no more than three times a day with a facial soap suitable for your skin type and needs.

    Serum

    There is a large amount of facial serum on the market, from hyaluronate acid, which hydrates the skin and reduces expression lines; Vitamin C evens out skin tone and helps against UV rays; niacinamide, which slightly reduces pores and skin sebum, among many others.

    You are free to choose one or two according to what you would like to attack and improve. Of course, not all serums are used during the day, there are some that are only recommended to be used at night to avoid adverse reactions.

    If this is your first time trying a serum, it is better that you add it to your routine little by little, that is, that it is not daily but at first only three times a week, then every third day and a month later, apply it every day. days. These so that your skin gradually gets used to the active ingredient and does not cause irritation.

    Moisturizing

    Regardless of the fact that some serums promise to hydrate your skin, it is necessary that you apply a moisturizing cream or gel, this to seal the hydration and the skin manages to retain water in our skin.
