It is common for series lovers to end up fed up with going to season every year and being permanently in the uncertainty of knowing whether or not our favorite series will be renewed. Sometimes what you want is to catch series of several seasons by band and see them with the peace of mind that we will reach a conclusive end.
Even more so for those of us who have not been able to go on a trip this Easter and who also need our daily dose of escape. here are a few series that are complete in streaming and are perfect for marathoning.
Shameless
Few series have endured as much type for more than 10 seasons as ‘Shameless’. The US version of this wild black comedy made us laugh (and sometimes made our hearts sink) with the occurrences of the Gallaghers, a large family that manages to get by despite drag his always idle alcoholic father everywhere.
‘Veronica Mars’

Probably one of the best series teenager of the decade, if not the best. Black genre in its purest form, with Kristen Bell as the most sarcastic and wonderful teen detective that we have been able to see on television. Although it was cancelled, it later had a sequel movie, books, a spin-off, and even a season 4 that gave continuity to the Mars Investigations cases.
‘Search Party’

A young woman in anguish millennial stumble upon a mystery that promises to give meaning to his existence… or at least, that’s how it all began. After five seasons, this peculiar series starring Alia Shawkat (‘Arrested Development’) had time to reinvent itself in a thousand ways: intrigue in the purest Hitchcock style, judicial drama, absurd comedy, thriller with dreamlike touches… All this without losing its originality and scathing wit.
‘Community’

But if we talk about absurd comedywe must continue to claim ‘Community’ as the pinnacle of the genre. always funny and surreal, who was going to say that a study group at the university could do so much? Here there is room for battles of paintballalternate realities, alter egos muppets… and Troy and Abed in the morning!
‘Iron’

The Norse have ‘Bron (The Bridge)’ and ‘Forbrydelsen’ but good police thrillers are also made in Spain. Here the action was transferred to the island of El Hierro and we accompanied Candela Peña for two seasons, which are devoured in a breath, as the new judge who has to investigate a strange murder case on the small canary island.
‘The 100’

Although we can ignore its last two seasons, we must not detract from the notorious evolution of this The CW series, which began dragging some clichés and ended up being an interesting science fiction dramawith gray characters that should deal with morally questionable decisions.
‘Star vs. the forces of evil’

One of those animated series that has perhaps been left in the shadow of other more well-known ones such as ‘Gravity Falls’. Princess Star and her faithful companion Marco are the fun protagonists and one of the many virtues of this four-season story full of magic, adventure, friendship, rainbows, and puppies!

‘Nurse Jackie’

We turn to the antiheroes, if we can define the protagonist of this dramedy played by Edie Falco (‘The Sopranos’) that way. Jackie is an exemplary nurse who hides a secret: she is addicted to drugs. who gets hold of the hospital warehouse to combat the terrible back pain he suffers from.
‘The Queen of Shadows (Lost Girl)’

Although it is light years away from ‘Buffy the Vampire Slayer’, it is one of its direct heirs. Bo is a succubus who decides not to opt for either the light or the shadows (despite what the terrible translation of the title may suggest) and from then on she will be involved in altercations with all kinds of supernatural creatures. Its first two seasons are pure fun and Kenzi the sidekick we all wish we had.
‘Yuyu Hakusho’

Although there are many animes that will never end, this one classic full of action and charismatic characters it does cover all arcs of Yoshihiro Togashi’s manga. Yusuke Urameshi is a gang member who dies saving a child’s life but gets a second chance at life: becoming a detective in the Spirit World (and yes, it predates ‘Bleach’).
