Featherweight spares no expense and is already the new owner of a luxurious apartment in Guadalajara

The 23-year-old singer from Jalisco, Peso Pluma, who is famous for his lying down corridos, is the owner of a luxurious apartment in Puerta de Hierro, in the city of Guadalajara, where, it is said, he is a neighbor of Saúl ‘Canelo’ Álvarez, Sergio ‘Checo’ Pérez and Julión Álvarez.
According to the program ‘El Gordo y La Flaca’, which was the medium that released the news, the interpreter of ‘Ella baila sola’ would have paid around $800,000 dollars for his home.
“It is one of the newest areas in Jalisco where the tallest and most modern buildings in the city are located. Here they have properties ‘Checo’ Pérez, Alexander Fernandez, ‘El Canelo’ and even Julión Álvarez. Now it is the turn of Featherweight, who with all the money he has earned can now afford to buy an apartment valued at $800,000 dollars”the broadcast reported.
They then gave a tour of the apartment, which has an extension of 2,088 square feet and is located on the 25th floor of one of the most exclusive towers in the region.
It has a hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, among other rooms.
“To get to the luxurious apartment you must take two elevators, go through two areas with security guards. It has three doormen and thousands of hidden surveillance cameras for the peace of mind of all tenants.
In the common areas there is a business center, swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, spectacular views of the city, among other rooms.
