One of the most special mansions in Georgetown, Wash.shook the real estate market in the region in recent days, when it was announced that it was launched for sale.
The property, which dates back to the 18th century and belonged to Jackie Kennedy, is available on the market for $26,500,000 dollars.
The building, which is distributed along three interconnected structures and is registered in the National Register of Historic Places, was also inhabited by Yolanda Foxwho was Miss America 1951, for Thomas Beallwho was mayor of the city and for Newton D.Bakerthe former US Secretary of War.
According to the technical sheet, the imposing mansion has an extension of 15,364 square feetwith 13 bedrooms, with 13 full bathrooms, five half bathrooms, with hall, with kitchen, with breakfast room, with dining room, with multiple rooms, with office, with library, with gym, with laundry room, with garage for multiple cars, with balconies and terraces with stunning views.
Outside, it has a terrace area, green areas, fountains, sculptures, among other amenities.
