The John Wick universe expands with Ballerina, a film starring Ana de Armas, whose filming will start in November 2022

The three films of the John Wick saga became a box office success, in addition to the fact that the public once again gave Keanu Reeves his place among the most profitable actors in the industry, for which the actor will once again bring John Constantine to life. in the second part of this film released in 2005.
While with John Wick, the assassin is not the only character that has attracted attention, and for this reason Lionsgate has given the green light to the production of Ballerina.
With information from Indiwire, CBR reports that Ballerina will start production in the third week of November 2022, as confirmed by Lionsgate CEO Jon Feltheimer. Ballerina will be a film directed by filmmaker Len Wiseman.
In this new story, Ana de Armas will play a member of a ballet, who seeks revenge for the death of her family. The character of Ana de Armas would have studied at the Ballet school that appeared in John Wick 3.
Following production on Ballerina, Lionsgate will continue filming John Wick parts four and five, with release dates yet to be determined.
