A few months ago it was announced that the Puerto Rican singer Bad Bunny will star in action movie “The dead”which will be directed by Jonas Cuaron. The premiere in the United States was scheduled for January 12, 2024, but now the company Sony Pictures has withdrawn the tape from its calendar of upcoming releases.
This delay is due to the writers’ strike in Hollywood and the film is still in development. In “The dead” -film that will be based on comics of Marvel– The reggaeton singer will play Juan Carlos Estrada Sánchez, a fighter who obtains superpowers thanks to a special mask and who seeks to avenge the death of his father, teaming up with Spider-Man.
Own Bad Bunny has recently participated in some struggles of the WWE; “El Muerto” will be the first Marvel movie to feature a Latino superhero as the main character. Meanwhile, the singer promotes his latest single “Where she goes”which ranked number 8 on the list Hot 100 of bill board.
