The building, which is distributed over five floors and is located just one block from Central Park, was launched on the market by $26,500,000 dollars five months ago, but so far no one has been interested in acquiring it.
According to the New York Post, which was the medium that released the news, the beautiful mansion is still available to the highest bidder, so it would not be surprising if its value dropped very soon.
According to the technical file, released by various media specialized in the sale of real estate, the house, which was built in 1879, has an area of 8,725 square feet, with five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.
It also has a hall, kitchen, dining room, dining room, living room, main room, family room, piano room, office, library, sauna, storage room, bathroom laundry, elevator, terrace, among other rooms.
Currently, it does not have a swimming pool, but the new owners, if they wanted to, could adapt one on the lower floor.
Ivana Trump lived there for just over 30 years and paid for it $2,500,000 dollars.
