The followers of former President Donald Trump can fulfill their dream of inhabiting one of his properties in Palm Beach, Florida, when it is revealed that it was put up for rent by $195,000 per month.
The property, which borders his famous residence in Mar-a-Lago, had previously been for rent for $208,000 dollars, but the tycoon chose to lower his financial claims.
According to the New York Post, the property has not only been for rent in recent years, but also for sale. went from the $59,000,000 dollars to the $49,000,000 dollars.
The Trumps paid for it $18,500,000 dollars in 2018, but in these five years its value increased considerably due to various factors, including the post-pandemic economic recovery and real estate behavior in the area.
The house, which was built in 1956 and is known as ‘The Beachouse’, has an extension of 10,455 square feet, with eight bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms.
It also enjoys, on its two floors, a hall, kitchen, dining room, dining room, living room, solarium, main room, family room, library, terraces, among other rooms.
Outside, on his lot 0.63 acresconsists of green areas, a pool with its respective spa area, 194 feet in front of the Caribbean Sea, among other amenities.
In addition to attracting attention for its interiors and exteriors, it also does so for being in the vicinity of Mar-a-Lago, the famous Trump family golf and social club.
