Luis Fonsi is in the eye of the hurricane after announcing the suspension of the concert scheduled for next October 28 in Caracas, Venezuela. However, the reason is more worrying than what was disclosed. Here we tell you the details!
It was through a brief statement that the Puerto Rican team revealed the sad news with their fans: “The Luis Fonsi concert La Noche Perfecta Tour 2022, originally scheduled for the end of October, is postponed until further notice due to unexpected changes in show logistics“.
Although it was anticipated that the new date of the show would be announced soon, the public did not miss the fact that since his return to Venezuela was announced, Luis Fonsi was strongly attacked by Chavismo’s number two, Diosdado Cabello.
And it is that after revealing the date of Luis Fonsi’s concert in the Caribbean country, Diosdado Cabello attacked, insulted the singer and incidentally, threatened the Chavista officials who would attend his concert.
“He can come, in Venezuela we don’t have those rolls, but never and will never be able to take away that he is immoralthese people charged to say what they said, why now with their very washed faces they come to sing to Venezuela”, said the Chavista leader on his television program ‘Con el Mazo Dando’.
In addition to this, Diosdado reacted to a publication that the artist had made years ago in which he criticized the Chavista regime. Fonsi’s message read: “Maduro tried to use Despacito and I stopped him: he is a dictator.”
As a result, the presenter announced that “I’m going to have cooperating patriots (the way Cabello calls his spies) in the VIP area. If this guy spoke badly about Venezuela, he called for an invasion of Venezuela, not a single state official should be there“.
It should be noted that Luis Fonsi is the second international artist to suspend one of his presentations in Caracas after the aggressions of the Venezuelan regime. Let’s remember that at the beginning of this month of September the Colombian singer Juanes did the same after it was also branded as “immoral”.
Also, the singer Olga Tañón was part of the onslaught of Chavismo’s number two: “Olga Tañón also said that she did not come to Venezuela or set her on fire, because there was a dictatorship here and they went there, in the battle of the bridges to give a concert, they are immoral,” said Cabello.
