The problems seem to have no end for the Spanish singer Alejandro Sanzwho is not only coping with his emotional problems and his separation from Rachel Valdesbut also to the sentence that is forcing him to cover a millionaire debt for his two Miami mansions.
According to the Spanish newspaper El Mundo, the interpreter of ‘Mi soledad y yo’ must pay $3,275,000 dollars for failing to pay the bank loans he requested from Total Bank of Florida.
The debt for both properties, which had a value of $7,000,000 dollarsis no longer only investigated by the authorities of the United States, but also of Spain.
It transpired that the case, which was already brought by the first instance court number 47 of Madrid, is accompanied by the seizure of some properties that the artist would have used as collateral in order to cover his debt; which are a company established in America and a Miami farm.
It must be remembered that the interpreter’s original debt amounted to $11,900,000 dollarsbut already liquidated $9,400,000 dollarsremaining only to settle the $3,275,000 dollars that the authorities require to shelve your case.
