From the love story of Chris Martin Y Gwyneth Paltrow only memories remain, because finally the member of Coldplay it concluded with the demolition of what was his home in the Malibu area.
The property, which dated back to 1972 and was located in the Point Dime area, was acquired by Martin in 2014 after disbursing $14 million dollars.
It had, before being reduced to rubble, an area of 3,650 square feetwith four bedrooms, with three bathrooms, with a hall, with a kitchen, with a dining room, with a dining room, with a living room, with a main room, with a laundry room, with a garage for three vehicles, among other rooms.
Outside, on its one-acre lot, it consisted of a terrace, green areas, a swimming pool with its respective spa area, a gym, access to the beach, among other amenities.
The property, which was designed by renowned architect John Lautner, will be replaced by a new residence, which will be distributed over two floors and will have an area of 5,489 square feet. It will also consist of a tennis court, a swimming pool with its respective spa area, an amphitheater, an attached garage, a guest house and direct access to Little Dime beach.
