First of all, it is necessary to know that the smartphones of iOS They have HDR mode on their camera, which allows you to take high-quality photos. This is HDR (High Dynamic Range for its acronym in English) that takes several images quickly with different exposure settings and merges them into one. This can be disabled as follows:
- On iPhone XS, iPhone XR, iPhone 11 models, iPhone SE (2nd generation), and iPhone 12 models: Go to Settings > Camera, then turn off Smart HDR. Then, from the camera screen, tap HDR to turn it on or off.
- On iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, and iPhone X: Go to Settings > Camera, and turn off Auto HDR.
