The followers of ‘Wake up America’ They expressed their concern on the Instagram account of the show, for a series of photographs in which Alejandra Espinoza appears on her recent visit to the show to promote Premios Juventud 2023, since they consider that she looks excessively skinny.
Most of the comments in the publication of the Univision show focused on how strange she looks, since they say that her head looks very large compared to her body, which is why many consider that she should explain if she has any disease or the reasons that have led her to have that “extreme thinness”.

Oh God, how strange she is, and so skinny ”, “Wao, that woman is the stamp of hunger” and “It would be a nice touch of her for fans to talk about her extreme weight loss, because in all the posts where she appears There is not a single comment that does not refer to its extreme thinness, which is already worrying”are some of the comments that can be read in said publication.
Given these remarks, which have also been recurring in the publications of her personal account of said social network, and the question of a follower through her stories, she decided to clarify this situation.
She mentioned that the difference between her body now and how it looked before is due to the fact that she also cares about her diet and not only about exercising, whereas previously she “He would eat a box of cookies or a huge bag of chips.”
In addition, he confessed that he lost weight to prepare to run the last marathon in which he participated and that after that, it has been difficult for him to recover the kilos he lost. “Even if you don’t believe it, gaining weight in a healthy way is also difficult for some people”he commented.
