Director Quentin Tarantino He has distinguished himself for causing controversy by presenting very violent scenes and others full of humor in his films, but curiously his works do not have sex scenes. there was one in “Jackie Brown” from 1997, but that was not a reason for him to continue including sequences of this type, and now he was questioned about it.
In a recent interview with the newspaper Diary ARA Tarantino was very clear when he said that he does not need to include intimate scenes in his tapes: “Sex is not part of my vision of cinema. And the truth is that, in real life, it is quite a problem to film sex scenes. Everyone on set is tense. If there was ever a sex scene that was essential to the story (of the film) I would do it, but so far it hasn’t been necessary.”
Quentin is already preparing what will be his last film in his career as a director, and which will be titled “The movie critic”. It will be based on the life of Pauline Kael, who was relentless in his film criticism over the course of several decades; the journalist she passed away in 2001 and was very important in the formation of Tarantino as a filmmaker.
