A generational change is about to arrive at the MCU, according to Kevin Feige. He has thus compared “The Boss” to Tom Holland with Ms Marvel.
In the last number of empire magazinethe president of Marvel Studios, Kevin Feighas compared the actress who plays mrs marvel with Tom Holland. That is, it has put on a par Iman Vellani and the actor who plays spider-man in his cinematographic universe since Captain America: Civil War (2016).
Kevin Feige said that Iman Vellani was a follower of the UCM much bigger than they imagined. He felt that she, like Tom Holland, always jots down ideas and thoughts in a notebook that she carries with her on set. The studio president made it clear that he and the team at mrs marvel worked closely with the actress to bring her ideas to the series Disney+. At the end of the day, she’s the kind of fan who shares her opinion on company decisions, even after they’ve been made, simply to assess them as we all do.
“Like Tom Holland and Peter Parker, Iman Vellani is a much bigger fan of the MCU than we first assumed,” Kevin Feige explained in Empire magazine. “On the set of Ms Marvel, she carries a notebook everywhere and writes down her ideas in it. Obviously, why wouldn’t we want to listen to them? She is not only playing the main role of the series, she is also commenting on it online. It’s best to talk about it before she finishes the series and try to incorporate some of her ideas.”
The list of ideas that “El Jefe” keeps in his house
Sana Amanat, co-creator of the character, pointed out that the actress of mrs marvel showed a shelf full of products from Hombre de Hierro after casting her for the role of kamala khan. She even showed Kevin Feige a list he wrote of about fifty questions about the MCU. These are things that could turn out to be key and the list is now kept in the office of the house of the president of the study. Come on, Iman Vellani is an exciting mine as Tom Holland was in his day.
Amanat highly praised the casting of Iman Vellani as Ms Marvel for the skills she displayed during her screen test. “She really encompasses the character,” she acknowledged. “Not only because of her passion and need for her, she has a sense of soul and maturity that goes beyond her age. In a screen test, she changed in just one minute from awkward and teenage to sad and desperate. That’s very difficult to do for someone with no prior acting experience.”
