John Beasley passed away on May 31 at the age of 79. The actor, who participated in more than 70 film productions and television series, had been hospitalized for several days, his son Michelle Beasley announced on social networks.
“This is part of life, but that doesn’t make it any easier. I lost my best friend today. They say you should never meet your heroes because they don’t turn out to be who you thought they were. That is very bad. My hero was my father. Thanks for everything. I hope I made you proud. I love you,” Michael wrote.
The actor was hospitalized in Omaha, Nebraska, to carry out several studies on his liverafter his health began to take a drastic turn for the worse, Michael said.
Artistic career
John Beasley, born June 26, 1943, began his career in the late 1980s, but he began to stand out when he was over 40 years old and participated in great films such as: The Mighty Ducks(1992), rudy (1993) and Little Big League (1994).
