Four years after solving their first murder mystery, Nick and Audrey Spitz (Adam Sandler, Jennifer Aniston) are now full-time detectives struggling to get their private detective agency off the ground when they are invited to celebrate their friend’s wedding on Maharaja (Adeel Akhtar) on his private island.
This all changes though when the Spitz get into trouble again when the groom is kidnapped for ransom shortly after the festivities begin, making every glamorous guest, family members, and the bride herself suspect. Mystery in the Sight sends Nick and Audrey Spitz on a high-stakes case that finally gives them everything they’ve ever dreamed of: a chance for their detective agency to succeed…and their long-awaited trip to Paris. The film is directed by Jeremy Garelick and stars Mark Strong, Mélanie Laurent, Jodie Turner-Smith, Kuhoo Verma, with John Kani and Dany Boon, the Netflix synopsis explains.
The first delivery made in 2019, with the name of mystery on board became one of the original productions of the largest streaming platform in the world, so the sequel became a natural desire, both for the followers of the story and for each production company.
