What a resounding success the Puerto Rican artist reaped Bad Bunny during his passage through Mexican territory on the occasion of the closure of his world tour “World’s Hottest Tour”, which is why celebrated with several artists at a party organized by Spotify in Mexico City, where he also received a very special gift for his achievements within the platform this 2022. It has not come as a surprise to anyone that the interpreter of “Titi me pregunta” and “Me porto bonito” has won the title of artist with the most streams on Spotify for the third consecutive year. And it is that the famous generated more than 18.5 billion streams in 2022 thanks to the various musical hits that have remained public favorites.
It was to celebrate this achievement that Spotify and Rimas (Bad Bunny’s record label) joined forces to organize the World’s Hottest Tour after party at the Ragga Club in Mexico City.
It should be noted that this call was attended by celebrities such as: Rauw Alejandro, paopao, Sech, Jowell & Randy, Carin Leon, Danna Paola, Kim Loaiza, Juan de Dios Pantoja, Mario Bautista, Buscabulla and Arcángel, to name a few.

The evening was full of surprises for the attendees (who witnessed an exclusive presentation by the ‘bad rabbit’) and for the famous himself, as Spotify presented him with three champion rings designed by Jason from Beverly Hills, each of which symbolizes each year in which he has been the most streamed global artist.
During the ring ceremony, Jeremy Erlich, Spotify’s global director of music content, joined Benito to celebrate the moment on behalf of the platform. “Congratulations on making the triplet, the first time an artist has had the most streams for three consecutive years,” he said. “An epic performance for a career-defining year.”
In addition to the luxurious gift, the entertainment giant also created 5 plaques to honor each song that surpassed the one billion stream mark: “Yonaguni”, “Callaíta”, “La Canción”, “Te Boté” and “No me known”.
We cannot forget that Bad Bunny currently has more than 62 million monthly listeners on Spotify. In the last 90 days, 95 million listeners heard one of his songs for the first time; 51% of them outside of Spanish-speaking markets. Mexico is Bad Bunny’s number 1 market in terms of listeners, followed by the US, Spain, Chile and Argentina.
