The Texan interpreter Beyoncé, 41, gave a lot to talk about a few days ago after it was said that she and her husband, Jay Z, had acquired the most expensive mansion in Malibuin California.
According to the TMZ portal, which was the medium that released the news, the artist paid the amount of $200,000,000 dollars for its new residence, which also ranked it as the second most expensive in the entire country.
The sale was carried out in a market operation, so more details about its interiors are unknown, but the aerial doors have allowed us to see the exteriors in detail.
Beyoncé’s new house, which was built in 2014 by the Japanese architect Tadao Ando and belonged to Bill and Maria Bell, it has 40,000 square feet of construction.
Outside, in its 8-acre lot, it enjoys a terrace, extensive green areas, swimming pool with its respective spa area, jacuzzi, outdoor garage, among other amenities.
