The property, which they have been trying to get rid of for 7 years, was launched on the market by $35,000,000 dollarsa figure that very few can afford to pay.
In 2015 it was originally released for sale by $45,000,000 dollarsbut the lack of interested parties caused them to reconsider their position.
According to the technical file, released by various media specialized in the sale of real estate, the residence is located in the Olympic Tower and has an extension of 9,450 square feet.
It also has a lobby, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, library, gallery, gym, TV room, employee kitchen, eight bedrooms, sauna, laundry room, among other rooms.
The apartment, which occupies floors 51 and 52, is located in the middle of Fifth Avenue, so the views from there are simply impressive.
