The actor John Waynewho died on June 11, 1979, returned to the news a few hours ago after it became known that his old ranch in Hemet, California was sold.
The property, which is known as Peacock and was built in 1950, was negotiated in $11,250,000 dollars.
According to the technical data sheet, released by various media specialized in the sale of real estate, the property is distributed along a floor and has an area of 3,000 square feetthree bedrooms and three bathrooms.
It also has a hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, garage for three cars, laundry room, among other rooms.
Outside, on his lot 2,000 acresJohn Wayne enjoyed very extensive green areas, a barn, three wells, horse trails, beautiful panoramic views of Palomar Mountain, among other amenities.
