Said news about the unfortunate death of the renowned actor was announced through the social networks of the National Association of Interpreters (ANDI), who through a statement sent their condolences to the family and friends of the actor born in Argentina.
“The National Association of Interpreters announces the sensitive death of the interpreter partner Gastón Tuset. Actor and director with extensive experience in theater, film and television. He is remembered for his participation in soap operas such as “Los ricos también lloran” and “Chispita”. Who was Gaston Tuset?
The actor was born in Argentina on October 19, 1942, his full name was Gastón Alberto Tousset. From a very young age he began his acting career.
It was not until 1970, when Tuset arrived in Mexico and there he began a brilliant career in theater, television and cinema.
He had impeccable performances in memorable soap operas such as “Chispita”, “Los ricos también lloran”, “Viviana”, “Rosa Salvaje”, “El Privilegio de amar”, “Amor Real” and many others.
Tuset also managed to stand out as a director, among the productions where his hand could be seen are “Love again”, “Dear enemy”, “Zacatillo, a place in your heart” and “La Rosa de Guadalupe”.
The last telenovela in which Gastón participated as an actor was in “La sombra del pasado” (2014) where he gave life to the character of “Gilberto”.
During the last years of his life, the actor was a great promoter of reading, taking his stories to different parts of Mexico.
