the spanish director Pedro Almodovar will present his most recent work “Strange way of life” (“Strange way of life”) in it Cannes Film Festival, within the Official Selection. The short film is the director’s second in English, and leads in the leading roles ethan hawke and Peter Pascal.
“Strange way of life” it’s a western in which Hawke and Pascal play two men who meet again 25 years after working as gun-for-hire. But one of them is now the town’s sheriff, so their relationship is put to the test. The script was written by Almodóvar himself.
The complete list of films that will be presented at the Cannes Film Festival will be announced on April 13; so far it has been reported that the films “Jeanne du Barry”, “Indiana Jones and the dial of destiny” and “Killers of the flower moon” will debut at the event. So much ethan hawke as Peter Pascal will be present at the screening of “Strange way of life”as well as in a conversation with the audience.
