The South Korean studio joined the national mourning at the beginning of the month, so the original release date, which was scheduled to premiere on November 4, ended up being moved.
In the end ‘Lookism’ has not ended up being delayed much, because it goes to the December 8 and it still remains within the fall anime premieres.
The anime will premiere directly on Netflix and explores bullying and the importance of physical appearance in society. The protagonist is Park Hyung-seokwho is bullied by his peers because of his weight.
