After this project, it was contemplated that Holland would join the cast of the fourth Spider-Man film, but the Briton said in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter that he has considered the possibility of leaving his role as Peter Parker / Spider-Man.
“I feel like we had a hit with our first franchise and there’s a part of me that wants to stand tall and pass the baton to the next lucky kid who can bring this character to life.”.

Despite this, Holland wants to arrive in the best possible way for a fourth Spider-Man movie, and he does not want fans to be disappointed in this installment.
“I’m very, very happy with where we are in terms of creativity… But I’m also a little worried about that. There’s a bit of a stigma about the fourth in every franchise.”
What stage is Spider-Man 4 in?
Sony Pictures has developed a live-action Spider-Man Sony Universe, where two Venom and Morbius movies have already been released, and Kraven the Hunter and Madam Web will soon arrive.
These plans include the fourth Spider-Man movie, which the Japanese studio will make in association with Marvel Studios, but work to develop the script is on hold.
