During the last Festival Encabritados, in Monterrey, Sofía not only headed the bill along with artists such as Molotov and Danny Ocean, she also did a duet with Leon Leiden, her surprise guest, to sing Lemonsthe single they released on Sofia’s latest album Lovesickness.
Those who attended the festival tell us that Sofia’s presentation was the best. She sang from the singles of LovesicknessWhat Mars either Chance, up to his classics RIP, idiot Y 1,2,3 but the cherry on the cake was when Sofía Reyes sang her single live with Leon Leiden Lemons.
This has been a great year for Sofia. On Tik Tok, her fans have created more than 10 million videos with her single 1,2,3, which makes it one of the biggest songs the platform has this year. In addition, she was nominated for an NRJ Music Award in France (yes, you read that right) for this song sung with Jason Derulo and De La Ghetto in the Social Hit category. In June she collaborated with the American group Train on the song Cleopatra that appears in the album AM GOLD by Train.
On Spotify, Sofia has surpassed 10.8 million monthly listeners and has over 7 million followers across all of her social media platforms. As if that were not enough, on Spotify and YouTube, she has more than a billion views and more than a billion views.
What’s next for Sofia
Sofia’s tour will continue for a little while, so the performance will have to rest. For now, it will be presented at the El Rey Theater in Los Angeles this Friday, November 4, at an event led by Diplo.
