sam raimi has joined forces with the writers of ‘A Quiet Place’ (A Quiet Place, 2018), Scott Beck and Bryan Woods for ’65’, a new sci-fi movie with dinosaurs, and today he unveiled an official trailer hungry to create a full-scale dinosaur horror blockbuster under the production of Columbia Pictures that Sony will release exclusively in theaters on March 24.
Starring Adam Driver, Ariana Greenblatt and Chloe Coleman, it is a survival horror experience set on a planet inhabited by dinosaurs, with Driver tasked with destroying them with futuristic video game weapons. Its premiere in American theaters is on March 10, 2023.
The official synopsis pray:
After a catastrophic accident on an unknown planet, pilot Mills (Adam Driver) quickly discovers that he really is stranded on Earth… 65 million years ago. Now, with only one chance at rescue, Mills and the only other survivor, Koa (Ariana Greenblatt), must fight their way through unfamiliar territory plagued with dangerous prehistoric creatures in an epic fight for survival.
Sam Raimi, co-produces with Deborah Liebling, Zainab Azizi, along with Scott Beck and Byan Woods themselves, authors of the underrated slasher ‘Haunt’ (The house of terror).
