Now Total Film magazine shares a new image of Scott and Cassie Lang, who are in a part of the Quantum Realm, one of the places that will influence the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
In an interview with Total Fil, the producer of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, Stephen Broussard pointed out that the intention of the production by filmmaker Peyton Reed was to make this new installment a core tape for phases five and six of the MCU. .
“If we get a shot at Part Three, we want the movie to be big and feel central to the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.”.
The future of the MCU turns ant-colored
Superhero partners Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) and Hope Van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly) return to continue their adventures as Ant-Man and the Wasp.
Along with Hope’s parents, Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) and Janet Van Dyne (Michelle Pfeiffer), and Scott’s daughter, Cassie Lang (Kathryn Newton), the family finds themselves exploring the Quantum Realm, interacting with strange new creatures and embarking on an adventure that will push them beyond the limits of what they thought possible.
Paul Rudd and Evalgeline Lilly return to their roles as Scott Lang/Ant-Man and Hope Van Dyne/Wasp, respectively. Michael Douglas and Michelle Pfeiffer also return as Hank Pym and Janet Van Dyne.
The cast is joined by actress Kathryn Newton, who will play Casey Lang, the daughter of Scott Lang, who will become Stature, as well as the legendary Bill Murray.
The villain of the new Ant-Man adventure of this plot is the actor Jonathan Majors, who will join the story to give life to Nathaniel Richards, who is better known as Kang the Conqueror.
Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantummania will hit theaters on February 16, 2023.
