“Killers of the flower moon”the film that marks the return of the American director Martin Scorsese, will be released at the next Cannes Film Festival, France. Almost four hours long, the film stars Leonardo Dicaprio, robert deniro, Jesse Plemons and lily gladstone.
Until now it is not known if the tape will compete for the palm d’or (the highest prize of the festival) or it will only have a projection of premierefor a worldwide commercial release in October. “Killers of the flower moon” is based on the book david grann about an FBI investigation in Oklahoma to find those responsible for a series of Native American murders.
The film is DiCaprio’s seventh work with Scorsese, after films like “Gangs of New York”, “The departed” and the short film “The audition”while for De Niro it marks the eleventh time that he has been under the direction of the director, who in 1976 obtained the palm d’or by Taxi drivera film starring Robert and which became a classic of urban genre cinema.
