After a whole decade after the end of the original anime, ‘Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War‘ was one of the most anticipated releases of the fall season and has not disappointed fans of Tite Kubo, at least for those who have been able to watch the series on streaming.
Studio Pierrot it’s behaving, with spectacular animation that is bringing to life some of the most intense parts of the story… but for now we have to say goodbye to ‘Bleach’ and be patient with the next chapters.
Tranquility, it’s not another ten years
This week we have reached the end of the first part of ‘Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War’, which has closed with episodes 12 and 13 airing at the same time for a double episode.
In total, the series will feature 52 episodes divided into four batches. and although we were aiming for a possible premiere in April, we are going to have to wait a little longer. Part 2 of the series will premiere on July 2023, within the summer anime season.
For that date we also have confirmed the second season of ‘Jujutsu Kaisen’, so as big releases continue to arrive we are going to have a busy summer of anime Meanwhile, the series has left us a small trailer of what is to come for ichigoalthough not much of the following plots has yet been seen.
This now leaves the question of when will ‘Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War’ arrive on Disney+ in many territories. Now that the first batch of chapters has been released and you don’t have to be aware of the simulcast, perhaps we will finally have them available on the platform in Spain and Latin America shortly… But in the end Disney+ has the last word and for now it doesn’t has been pronounced
