Further interior details are unknown, since no photos were released, other than one of the exterior facade. What is known is that it is located on a lot of 3/4 acre.
What is also known is that the residence was commissioned to be built in 1941 by Ronald Reagan, who lived in it from that year until the summer of 1948.
The house was sold by Reagan after his separation from James Wymanwith whom he was married from 1940 to 1949, although divorce proceedings began in 1948.
Since then it has undergone several modifications, extensions and remodeling, such as the one made by Francesco Aquilini, in 2017, so it looks like new.
Aquilini bought it, in 2012, for $8.5 million dollarsbeing incredible that in just 10 years it has gone from that figure to be considered one of the most expensive in Hollywood Hills so far in all of 2022.
