And it is that the stories presented by Chespirito (Roberto Gómez Bolaños), who gave life to Chavo, and by all the characters who lived in “La Vecindad” in the 70s still remain in the memory of the fans (there are of all ages).
Beyond the success of “The guy from 8” and the phenomenon that its protagonists became, things did not end very well between the actors and actresses who played the neighbors. So much so that at the end of the 70s, when the program stopped broadcasting, most of the protagonists were at odds with Chespirito. And recently, Carlos Villagran (who gave life to Quico) referred to the reasons for the fight and the reason why he could never make peace with Gómez Bolaños.

Carlos Villagran (79) rose to popularity for his role as Quico in “The guy from 8”. Recently, the famous actor was confirmed as one of the participants of the Comic Con in Colombia, and he is the first protagonist of the “Chavo del 8” who will participate in an edition of this event, which usually brings together fans of series, comics and video games.
Prior to this event, the actor who gave life to Quico was a guest on the “Día a Día” program on the Caracol channel. And here the actor who became famous in “The guy from 8” He referred to the reasons why he fought with Chespirito.
“In The guy from 8 there was a star: we were all. But envy, selfishness, artistic zeal, professional zeal, tore her to shreds. It has also been said that the relationship between Gómez Bolaños and Florinda Meza -who became the last wife of the creator of “El Chavo”- was one of the causes of the fight, since Meza and villagran they had had an affair before.
