Eric Blake, the actor’s publicist, said Saint underwent a total of 12 plastic surgeries, including jaw surgery, implants, a facelift, a nose job, an eye lift, a brow lift, a reduction of lips and some other minor surgeries.
Finally, the actor suffered complications from jaw implants, and entered the operating room to have them removed, but after being intubated due to complications during surgery, the actor died in a South Korean hospital.

Blake also assured the Daily Mail that Saint was very insecure about the appearance of his face:
“He was very insecure about his appearance. She had a very square jaw and chin and he didn’t like the shape because he thought she was too wide and wanted a V shape, the shape a lot of Asians have.”
The actor wanted to achieve success and fame in the Asian country, and because of his Western appearance, he had a hard time getting a job, in addition to having been the victim of discrimination due to his lack of Asian features.
