After three years of waiting for the resolution of his case, on October 4, a judge in Miami, Florida, United States, found Mexican actor Pablo Lyle guilty of involuntary manslaughter after he hit Juan Ricardo Hernández, a citizen of Cuban origin who died after the attack.
The actor will remain in custody until October 26, the date on which his sentence will be determined, which could range from nine to fifteen years in prison.
During the hearing, the prosecutor asked Judge Marisa Tinkler Méndez for the maximum sentence for Lyle for involuntary manslaughter, which is fifteen years in prison. She, in turn, recognized the good behavior of the actor under house arrest, which is why the sentence could be only nine years.
The jury analyzed the images presented against Lyle, as well as testimonies, and concluded that the actor would have been guilty of the death of Juan Ricardo Hernández, 63, whom he hit in the head after a traffic incident.
This is what could get *Pablo Lyle* up to 15 years in prison when he is found guilty of involuntary manslaughter today.

The incident that brought Lyle to court occurred on March 31, 2019 when he was on his way to the Miami airport. At that time, his brother-in-law Lucas Delfino performed a maneuver that bothered Juan Ricardo Hernández.
Hernández got out of his car to claim what had happened and an intense discussion began between them. Lyle got out of the truck and punched the man, who fell to the ground unconscious and later died at a hospital.

The actor’s lawyers argued that Lyle acted in self-defense against Hernández’s aggressive attitude, because his children and his then-wife, Ana Araujo, who was a witness at the trial, were also in the truck. Unfortunately, this was not very helpful in his final judgment. Despite the result, Ana showed her support for Lyle and even said goodbye with a tender kiss and a hug that lasted a few minutes.
For now, the actor will have to wait to find out what his sentence will be. Meanwhile, his followers, friends and relatives of his make prayers so that this is as short as possible. In addition, they invite others to reflect on his actions and avoid similar events.
