“The H&M merchandise What they did with my name is crap and I didn’t approve of it. Don’t buy it,” the 28-year-old star said in a post on Instagram.
He also stated that the range was put up for sale “entirely without my permission”.
H&M told AFP that it had withdrawn the entire range “out of respect” for the artist.
“As with all other licensed products and collaborations, H&M has followed the appropriate approval procedures,” a spokesperson said in an email.
“But out of respect for the collaboration and Justin Bieber we have removed the clothing from our stores and on-line“, he added.
H&M has been working with Justin Bieber for several years on products related to his name or his tours.
