The beginning of human history dates back several thousand years. During all that time we managed to develop the most rudimentary technology, but little by little it allowed us to have the complex things that we have now.
Thanks to archaeology, modern society has been able to learn how our ancestors lived. However, much of what the first humans achieved was lost and forgotten for a host of reasons; so much remains to be discovered about those predecessors.
Although found objects and written records may give us some clues, there are still many blank spaces in the history of our species. Archaeological finds help us fill in those gaps; but many times they can leave us with more questions than answers.
