Both actor Oscar Isaac and filmmaker Mohamed Diab talked about what they know about a second season of Moon Knight.
One of the characters that debuted in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in 2022 is Moon Knight, played by Oscar Isaac in the series, whose first season had an ending that could lead to more events in a possible season 2.

The only series confirmed for a second season is Loki, whose premiere will take place in 2023, but after the end of Moon Knight, both actor Oscar Isaac and director Mohamed Diab anticipated a possible second season.
Within the framework of the New York Comic-Con 2022, the actor Oscar Isaac was questioned in relation to whether there is a second season of Moon Knight or if this hero will have more appearances in the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
“All I can say is that this is not the last we hear about the Moon Knight system.”
While the director Mohamed Diab also pointed out that at the moment Marvel Studios have not yet announced plans for a second season of Moon Knight
“I stay in the dark like you. I don’t know anything about what’s going to happen. And I’m not just saying I’m not cheating on you”.
Jake Lockley in the second season of Moon Knight?
If a second season is finalized, Diab said that he would like to address more about Jake Lockley, the third personality of Moon Knight.
“If it were up to me, I’d start with Jake Lockley. I want to see the world of him. Everyone is so intrigued with him and [quiero] see what happens between those blinks and who he is and what he loves and who he loves. It’s very interesting to me”.
Marvel Studios’ Moon Knight follows Steven Grant (Oscar Isaac), a gift shop clerk who suffers from memory afflictions, either blanking out or bringing back memories of another life.
Steven discovers that he has dissociative identity disorder, and that he shares a body with mercenary Marc Spector. As they face off against their enemies, Steven/Marc must navigate their complex identities. As they plunge into a deadly mystery among the mighty gods of Egypt.
Moon Knight stars Oscar Isaac, Ethan Hawke, and May Calamawy. Mohamed Diab and the team of Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead directed all six episodes. Jeremy Slater is the writer of the first season.
