Vin Diesel is enjoying the success of “Fast X”the new tape of the saga of “Fast & Furious”. But that film will have a second part that will prepare the public for the end of the adventures of Dominic Toretto (the character he plays). Now the actor has announced that there will be films with alternate plots (or spinoffs), to be released in a few years and that will feature characters from the series that began in 2001 as protagonists.
interviewed for Variety, Diesel confirmed that since 2017 it has been working in the spinoffsand one of these will focus on the girls who have appeared in the saga: “The sooner (the final film) is released, the sooner I can release all the spinoffs…Look at how many characters and great talent there are in the film…those characters are very attractive and we need to see more of them.”
Meanwhile, “Fast X” It is a worldwide success. The film starring Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Jason Momoa, Jason Statham and Charlize Theron it grossed $67 million during its opening weekend in the United States. The second part will be released in 2025.
