The remembered Mexican band RBD is booming in 2023 because after their separation 15 years ago they will meet again for a tour and their fans can’t wait to see them on stage. But, “God has his favorites” and A few days ago a follower of the group had the exciting experience of meeting one of the members, Christopher Von Uckermann, in the Swedish Metro.
Well yes, RBD fans are all over the world and in a European country a girl met the artist on public transport. In a video, which has undoubtedly gone viral, you can see the fan identified as Andrea, singing and dancing with the artist to the song “After me”.which generated envy among the followers who are looking forward to the next concerts of the Mexican group.
Andrea, originally from Puerto Rico, thanked Christopher Uckermann for his kindness and good vibes in the meeting that she described as: “the best day of her life”.
“Thank you Christopher Uckermann for being so nice and so cool”wrote about the video that already has more than 30 thousand likes.
Other fans have left comments like: “God has his favourites”; “Today I met envy”; “How does it feel to live my dream?”; “God’s Favorite”; “In Sweden? I dieoooo”among others.
In another video, the young woman recounted that the singer asked her to tag him in the TikTok post, although she admitted that she was a little embarrassed to do so, however, she commented that I hope Christopher does get to see it.
The excitement of the fans when meeting one of their idols is a reflection of the great impact that RBD had in their time of greatest popularity and shows that the legacy of the band lives on in the memory of their fans.
At the end of this year, Anahí, Christopher, Dulce María, Christian and Maite, five of the members of the musical phenomenon, will give the “Soy Rebelde Tour” through the United States, Mexico, Brazil and Colombia. The acceptance of the tour has been so strong that each of the functions in the different countries have sold out all their tickets in hours.
The great absentee will be Alfonso ‘Poncho’ Herrera, who has expressed that he respects the decision of his former bandmates and loves them very much, but that he chose to be a true rebel and not follow them by personal decision and other work commitments.
