Actress Reese Witherspoon, 47, had a cute country house in the Malibu area for a while, which she used for vacation purposes.
The property, which was built in 1950 and whose last owner was meg haneyreturned to the news a few hours ago after it was announced that it was sold in $7,700,000 dollars.
The property was acquired, according to the Dirt portal, by Cody Koa popular YouTuber and podcaster.
The figure received by Meg is higher than the $6,700,000 dollars which he himself paid Reese Witherspoon in 2020.
Despite its age, the property looks like it did in its best days, having been remodeled on several occasions.
The ranch-style house, as we could see in its technical file, has an extension of 4,000 square feetwith 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
It is completed by a hall, kitchen, dining room, dining room, bar, living room, main room, billiard room, TV room, gym, laundry room, garage, among other rooms.
Outside, on his lot 1.86 acresthe new owner will enjoy a terrace, extensive green areas, children’s games, a barn, a trailer with capacity for four people, a paddock, a fireplace, a bocce ball court, a jacuzzi, a pavilion covered with vines, among other amenities.
