Attention possible SPOILERS of the series:
The character who is alone in the first image and who is wearing a golden outfit is Gil-Galad (Benjamin Walker)ruler of Lindon, a very prosperous kingdom of elves. When a stranger called Annatar approached him, distrusted him and forced him to go to region where he was well received Celebrimbor (Charles Edwards). the elf Gil Galad he was right because Annatar It was actually Suaron and had very sinister plans with the Rings of Power. The king of the elves stood up to sauron in different battles and was even in the War of the Last Alliance where he died from the wounds he did the dark lord.
Another interesting image is a kind of ceremony, where they put a golden laurel wreath on the character of Galadriel (Morfydd Clark). It must be remembered that she received from Gil Galad the seeds of the mellyrn trees before he left for Lindon. So it may be that moment before he leaves.
The third snapshot we see of the series The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power shows us a dinner between some elves as Gil-Galad, Celebrimbor and a dwarf. Who knows if just the character that is hidden right in the center of the image is Annatar (Suaron).
Finally there is another image with people from the forest. Some think they are hobbits or a race before the hobbitsbut it seems that the halflings will also be very important in the series, despite the fact that they are not mentioned in the Second Age of the Middle Earth.
The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power will be released on September 2, 2022 in Amazon Prime Video.
