If you’ve had enough whiplash in 2022, MAPPA has a busy year ahead with all the anime the studio is working on. One of the most anticipated is ‘Jujutsu Kaisen’, which has us on edge with the premiere of its second season.
Luckily, the Jump Festa has left us with a string of announcements, and of course the panel of ‘Jujutsu Kaisen‘ has not disappointed and also has finally given us a first look at the past of gojo.
back to 2006
The first trailer for the second season has been very short, but it is already getting us fully into the Gojo’s Past Arc with which the new chapters start.
Both in the first season of the series and in ‘Jujutsu Kaisen 0’, we have been able to see that Gojo and Geto have a relationship complicated, so there is quite a bit of anticipation to see this whole arc and their early years as students. The season will have two arcs, so don’t worryWe will also have our dose of Itadori, Nobara and Fushiguro with its chapters set in the present.

Although we expected it for later, it seems that finally the second season of ‘Jujutsu Kaisen‘ will premiere in July 2023, within the anime summer season. If you want to catch up, both the first season of the anime and ‘Jujutsu Kaisen 0’ can be seen in the Crunchyroll catalog, where the series is also being dubbed into Spanish.
