Sometimes we may think that the healthy recipes, nutritious and satiable are not linked to the term tasty or delicious, however, there are exceptions that confirm the rule and today we bring you one that wants to break with all marked stereotypes. Although this recipe could enter the category of fitness either fitthe truth is that in addition to being suitable for diets or weight control, it is perfect for those days when we do not have much time (or desire) to cook.
With only two ingredients we will achieve this dish that will save us on more than one occasion. It is about cauliflower pancakes that can be cooked in the oven and that will save us a lot of effort. If we don’t have an oven, we can always cook them in the pan or griddle to give them a more pleasant texture.
Quick and easy to make, we will save a lot of time if we have a food processor, robot, chopper or something similar at hand. We just have to grind a few washed florets of raw cauliflower and mix the result with a couple of beaten eggs. We will obtain a malleable and moist dough that will allow us to form the pancakes with a spoon.
If you’re not a big fan of cauliflower (you’re within your rights), we can always customize this mix with other ingredients such as curry, chopped fresh herbs, paprika, mustard, chili powder, toasted sesame seeds… and so on. .
In addition, we can accompany them with guacamole, tomato sauce or any other mixture that comes to mind.
