Quarterback Patrick Mahomes, 27, who defends the colors of the Kansas City Chiefs, decided to put up for sale the simple house he owns in the Missouri area.
The property, for which you paid $1,900,000 dollars in 2019, it was recently launched on the market by $2,900,000 dollars, so if you get the expected figure, you would be making a profit of $1,000,000 dollars.
According to the technical sheet, the house was built in 1953, but it was recently renovated, so it looks like it was in its best days.
It has an extension of 4,759 square feetwith three bedrooms and four bathrooms.
It also has a lobby, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, TV room, solarium, bar, wine cellar, laundry room, garage for five vehicles, among other amenities.
Outside, on his lot 1.4 acresIt has a terrace, green areas, a fireplace, a golf green, a children’s play area, a swimming pool with its respective spa area, among other amenities.
In addition to this house, Mahomes owns one more in Dallas, for which he paid $3,370,000 dollars in 2020, as well as a two-bedroom apartment that he acquired in 2017 and tried to sell in 2019, but without success.
