The basketball player Carmelo Anthony and the actress la la anthonywho divorced in 2021, were finally able to get rid of the house they lived in during their relationship.
The property, which is Spanish in style, was launched on the market last February by $2,600,000 dollarsHowever, it was sold at a much higher figure on March 10.
It transpired that the new owner, who is not famous, would have paid the amount of $3,000,000 dollars for the property.
The figure received represents a gain of $700,000 dollars for Carmelo and La La Anthony, relative to the amount they paid for it themselves in the spring of 2010.
The house, which was built in 1929 and is located in the Beverly Grove neighborhood, has been remodeled and expanded over the years, so it doesn’t look 100 years old.
According to the technical file, released by various media specialized in the sale of real estate, the property has an extension of 2,118 square feet, with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one half bathroom.
