Stephen Curry’s former mansion could soon change owners.

Basketball player Stephen Curry, 34 years old and considered one of the greatest figures in the NBA, had a very nice house built in 2018 in the suburbs of Alamo, California, however, he could not enjoy it as he would have liked , since the following year his team, the Golden State Warriorsthey moved from Oakland to San Francisco, and it was no longer profitable for him to come and go.
That franchise move caused Stephen and his wife, Ayesha, had to put their dream home up for sale. Shortly after, they sold it, in an off-market operation, for $6.4 million dollars.
Today, three years later, the house is in the news again, revealing that its current owner, the tycoon Sam Hirbod, decided to get rid of it for the amount of $8.9 million dollars.
According to the technical sheet, released by various media specialized in the sale of real estate, the house has an extension of 8,163 square feet, with six bedrooms, with eight full bathrooms and one half bathroom.
It also enjoys a hall, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a main room, a television room, a family room, a billiard room, a bar, a cinema room, an office, a terrace, a gym, laundry room, garage for seven vehicles, among other rooms.
Outside, on his lot 1.35 acreshas a terrace, with extensive green areas, with a swimming pool with its respective spa area, with a jacuzzi, with a pool house, with a barbecue area, with a bonfire, with children’s games, with an orchard, with fruit trees, among other amenities.
