The former basketball player Steve Nash49 years old and who in November 2022 stopped being a coach of the Brooklyn Nets, decided to put up for sale the house he owned in the neighborhood of Cobble Hillin the Brooklyn area.
The property, for which you paid $4,995,000 dollars in 2020, it was launched on the market by $6,250,000 dollarsso if everything goes as planned, a profit of a little less than $1,500,000 dollars.
The semi-detached residence, which is Scandinavian in its interior and was built in 1900, has an extension of 4,200 square feetwith five bedrooms, with four full bathrooms and one half bathroom.
It is completed by a hall, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a main room, a TV room, a games room, a laundry room and a terrace with spectacular views of the surroundings.
The kitchen is open, somewhat spacious and is connected to the garden area through a large window. It is equipped with brown cabinets, with stainless steel appliances and with a central island that works to prepare food, but also as a breakfast area.
The main bedroom has room for a large bed and a sitting area. It also has a closet and a full bathroom with a double vanity, toilet, bathtub, and walk-in shower.
Outside it has a terrace and a small garden.
